It is this also the policy of the Company to identify the company’s own goal’s along with those continual changing needs of it’s customer base through; -
Customer monitoring and close liaison
Customer complaints reports and performance monitoring
Internal audit reports and corrective actions
thus meeting the standards defined in BS EN ISO 9001.
It is this model, backed by the internal systems which assures our customers that all services supplied meet their Quality System, whether carried out in-house, or obtained from an outside supplier or sub-contractor.
All of the Company’s executive and management personnel are firmly committed to the Quality Assurance System the principles of which are as defined within the Company Quality Manual with details as defined within the Company Procedures Manual.
It is the responsibility of all personnel to exercise the requirements of the system as defined within these documents and to inform the Director and Managers of changes that could be made to improve the Quality System within the Company, its suppliers, sub-contractors or nominated contractors. |
