A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join this growing company based in Burton, Cheshire.
My client is a leading provider of payroll solutions into the recruitment world covering a wide range of industries. They offer a full suite of solutions to our clients and strive to provide the best service possible.
They are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with skills in telesales and data gathering to assist with lead generation for the business. The role will be largely telephone based but will also involve email communication and research into potential clients. The individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional phone manner and the ability to identify potential opportunities while always ensuring our values are being communicated.
You main duties will be to:
- Generate and qualify leads from existing relationships within the business
- Generate and qualify leads from external sources
- Maintain and update a database
- Convey the generated results to the relevant people within the business
To be suitable for this role you will have 12 months experience in a telesales or lead generation role. You must also have your own transport.
This is a permanent role and offers a starting salary of £18,000 plus commission.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm and Friday 8.30am-4.00pm
