About the role:
We are working with a well-established company in the North West who are one of the UK's leading providers of telephone outsourced communications. Our client deals with companies/clients ranging from SME to Larger enterprises, and everything in between.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be working alongside the Finance sector team with the main objective to maintain and grow client numbers and revenue. The successful candidate will support the team to focus on small to mid-size firms in the 200-500 ranking. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will understand the products/services quickly so it can benefit both existing clients and new prospects.
- Super confident person who has an eye for new opportunities and is open to sharing their ideas with the team
- Previous outbound calling or sales expertise
- Full clean driving license, and open to travel for client visits
- Open to opportunities for progression and development within the Business Development team and ideally, looking for someone who has a social presence on LinkedIn and is eager to build on this
- Have the desire to upsell products where possible and spot new opportunities in the industry
- To attend Exhibitions & Events where possible
- Visit prospects/ clients/ partners to discuss their requirements when required
- Utilise multiple channels of engagement: Cold call your database, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Social Media and Partner relationships to open new opportunities
- Always looking to expand your current knowledge of the Sector - researching new partners and staying in the know with industry news to help your Head of Sector and Business Development Manager
