A team of 3 Call Handlers are required working for this well established organisation based in their HQ in Bromborough.
This is a 4 month contract starting in October until the end of January 2022.
You will be responsible for taking emergency repair calls for housing associations and monitoring alarms, entering the job, arranging the repair and seeing it through to complete resolution.
You will work a 3 week rolling rota working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am and midnight and will also include weekend work although you will get one full weekend off in 3.
To be suitable for this role you will have great people skills - experience is not necessary as full paid training will be given. This role would suit candidates from a retail, hospitality or support work background but all candidates will be considered.
