A Customer Service Advisor is required for this leading retailer based in Helsby.
You will handle customer calls and emails and deal with a range of enquiries from changing delivery updates, providing product information through to handling returns and complaints.
This role is working 40 hours a week, working 5 days over 7 and you will need to be flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
This role offers a basic salary of £18,000 per annum plus incentives.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience working within an customer service call centre or retail environment. You must be comfortable using computers and telephone systems. You will have the ability to work quickly, efficiently and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
