A great opportunity has arisen for an experience Office Manager to join this highly successful business based in Wrexham.
Your main responsibility will be ensure the smooth running of a very busy office - duties will include:
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers inputting all the details into Sage
- Preparing, processing estimates, bids and tenders
- Processing time sheets
- HR Administration
- General support to the MD and team
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £24-£28K depending on experience.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm (with some flexibility)
To be suitable for this role you will be an experienced Office Manager who enjoys working in a hands on role that will grow and develop as the business grows. You must be a strong administrator with confident communication and IT skills including Sage. Ideally you will come from a construction, manufacturing or industrial background.
