A Sales & Events Co-ordinator is required for this stunning venue based in Whitchurch, Shropshire.
You will be part of the Sales and Events team and will ensure sales are met and maximised and ensure the efficient administration and organisation of all booked events whether wedding, corporate or private entertaining.
Duties will include:
- Responding to all sales enquiries
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and guests
- Liaising with all other areas of the business to ensure events needs are met
- Wedding management - liaising with the bride and groom and acting as Toastmaster when required
- Briefing all parties involved in the organisation of the event
- Monitoring and updating of social media sites with offers and news
This is a permanent role and offers a basic salary of £22,000 per annum. Hours of work are 40 per week working 5 days over 7 so you must be prepared to work every other weekend and some evenings depending on the needs of the business.
This is a very varied, challenging but extremely rewarding role - to be suitable you will have previous sales experience coupled with a confident and professional personality and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
