I am currently assisting my client in the recruitment of a Telesales Administrator to join their team.
The role is based in Birkenhead, with parking accessible and public transport a short walk away.
The hours of this role are Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm.
Telesales/Customer service/Sales/Administration experience is essential for this role.
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to -
- Administration to support the team
- Making outbound calls to potential clients and local businesses to promote the business and its services
- Booking appointments for team to meet clients regarding their services
- Updating databases/spreadsheets where applicable
Skills and experience required for this position -
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Strong administrative experience and/or customer service experience.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Polite telephone manner.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum + Commission potential on top of basic salary.
