Our client is currently looking to recruit an office-based Account Manager to join their telesales team in Leigh, Greater Manchester.
The person in mind must be experienced in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, hardworking and target driven. The successful candidate will self-source new leads and manage existing customers and data cleanse existing records.
They are looking to build a strong sales team and strengthen their abilities to expand the business. They are offering a base salary of £26k-£28k with uncapped commission including an annual over target bonus.
You must have B2B telecoms experience and a good track record of selling hardware, plus the drive to manage and grow a team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm.
Commission rates are: 10% commission for existing customers and for the first 6 months we'll pay 30% for new business and then 25% thereafter. In addition to this, they offer an over-target commission for those who exceed their target.
Initially, you will receive 20 days holiday in addition to the 8 UK Bank Holidays. Moving forward, additional holidays will be provided along with Company Health Plan
