An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BDM to join our clients rapidly expanding team based at their Head office in Mold, due to continued planned expansion of the business.
They are a trusted provider of IT Support, Cyber Security Services and Unified Communications in North Wales. Our client has served their clients for over 14 years both locally and nationally with many of their accounts being situated within a 50 mile radius of their head office.
A suitable candidate will have at least 3 years sales/ fields sales experience. Knowledge in the IT/ Cyber Security Sector would be desirable but not essential, Full clean driving license is a must as you will be required to meet clients and new prospects off-site.
Duties will include:
· Identify, generate and nurture new business opportunities
· Manage your client base to identify upsell / cross sell opportunities for continued account growth
· Manage and report on your pipeline opportunities and performance to Sales Director
· Perform all necessary administration tasks to see your opportunities through the entirety of the sales process
· Take responsibility for your diary to schedule client / prospect calls and meetings as required, in order to manage the account and opportunities generated
Qualities required for the role:
· Time management and the ability to prioritise your workload is a must
· Ability to confidently present and negotiate sales opportunities
· Excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate the drive to reach decision makers is essential.
· Be proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams e.t.c)
· Applicants must be articulate, presentable and a credible business person with the ability to deliver complex propositions to prospective new clients.
The role offers a very attractive salary along with uncapped commissions and fuel/mileage allowance.
