Job description

An experienced Customer Service Professional is required for this leading financial services organisation based in Chester.

Duties will be varied - you will:

  • Liaise with customers via email and telephone and deliver first class customer service, always ensuring fair outcomes for customers.
  • Support Sales Origination by servicing in-life requests in a timely manner.
  • Key person for managing data and importing for asset protection insurance, managing the relationship with the third party.
  • Key person for managing relationship with third party feedback platform, ensuring weekly data file submission.
  • Act as a key point of contact for queries and ensuring the appropriate outcomes are met.
  • Provide customer service assistance to our funding partners.
  • Point of contact with key stakeholders.
  • To drive improvements to practices when required.
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct processes are followed within the department.
  • Any other request deemed reasonable from your line manager

This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £30,000 per annum plus a range of outstanding benefits including:

Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4 - this is an office based role

To be suitable for this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a financial services role
  • Excellent communication skills in all forms - you must have outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to problem solve and to adapt to different forms of communication.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
