Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Team Manager (working nights) to join this well established business based in Bromborough.

You will manage a team of call handlers and will deal with all escalated in-bound and out-bound calls ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.

This role is working night shifts on a 2 week rota - shifts with be from 8pm-6am and you will work 37.5 hours a week. You will work every other weekend as part of your rolling rota.

This role offers a pay rate of £11.35 per hour plus bonus and is the opportunity to join a thriving business who are leaders in their field.

To be suitable for this role you will have previous call centre management experience and be happy to work night shifts on a permanent basis.
