IT Account Manager
Salary: Up to £27K basic salary + 10% comms, Uncapped
Location: Hybrid basis, Office in the Southeast of Leeds
My client is looking for an IT Account Manager to join their team. The IT Account Manager will play a crucial role in building relationships with their existing customers and developing new accounts. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison to our customers, helping them solve all their challenges by providing expert advice, and producing accurate and competitive quotes.
What they want from you:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers
- Develop and grow new customer accounts
- Ensure customers receive excellent customer service
- Handle inbound enquiries from existing customers
- Negotiate pricing and raise sales orders
- Convert new customers to actively buying
- Contact prospective customers to promote products
- Revive dormant customer accounts
- Assist customers with IT infrastructure related queries
Skills needed:
- Proven and demonstrable experience in Account Management and Business Development
- Have strong business acumen with problem solving attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Composed and confident telephone manner
- Focus on delivering excellent customer experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex environment
- Team orientated
- Computer literate - MS Office (intermediate Excel) / knowledge of CRM platform formats
