Business Executive
Salary & Benefits:
•£20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus uncapped OTE
• Incentive Trips
• Pension
Location & hours of work:
• 9am to 5pm Monday - Thursday. 9am to 4pm Friday.
• Hybrid role so Mondays are required in the office, other days WFH/Office.
• Northampton
Job Overview:
The role of the New Business Executive is to book appointments for the sales team & Managing Director. You will be required to understand customer requirements, and work with sales to create opportunities.
KPI's will play an important role within your day-to-day activity as you will be required to ensure the company delivers service effectively & profitably, whilst ensuring our client's DNA and culture shines through each pitch.
This will be an exciting opportunity for someone to help grow a company that continues to grow. This role also has the potential to develop into managerial opportunities as the company expands.

Responsibilities:
• The New Business Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards within the department and over achievement of KPI standards.
• Delivering on personal performance in line with your targets.
• Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management.
• Self-teaching regularly on techniques to improve you in your role.
• Detailed fact finding and diary management.
• Management of time to ensure maximum impact/penetration in the role.
• Achievement of minimum standards.
• Pipeline sheet updated daily for purpose of feedback/forecasting/reporting.
• 75+ calls per day.
• Generate leads for products in our portfolio.
Requirements:
• Previous new business sales experience
• Experience within a sales environment
• 1/2+ years cold calling experience minimum
