ACCOUNT MANAGER

SALARY:
£23K-£26K BASIC SALARY
(OTE Year 1 of £50K, Year 2 £80K, Year 3 £100K +)

LOCATION:
HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HERTFORDSHIRE

I am currently recruiting for on behalf of Business Finance Broker; they are actively looking for an experienced, proactive, and motivated Sales Account Manager to join their growing sales team. You'll play an essential role in making sure all their client's requirements are met and exceed their expectations.

THE ROLE:

They are looking for an individual who is well experienced and proactive in researching and identifying potential selling opportunities, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, researching news and social media; full training will be provided on the likes of: Sales, Product and Finance.

Communication skills are vital for this position, you must be able to engage with an array of people and identify whether there is potential for any business finance requirements.

Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a must for this position.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Will be expected to make minimum 90-100 cold calls per day, alongside independent research sourcing potential clients.
• Working with our panel of lenders sourcing different business finance products.
• Add/Manage CRM records Daily.
• Punctual.
• Manage prospective and existing clients.
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
• Upselling different finance products.
• Expertly manage expectations, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Reach potential clients and bring in new business.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must have 1+ Years of Sales Experience
• Outbound calling/telesales experience.
• Driven and highly motivated individual that is also a team player.
• Be able to manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
