Business Development Manager
Job description
Following continued growth and investment, our client is looking for a business development manager to add to their team.
Our client work with some of the most exciting and interesting brands in Scotland and the UK, particularly in the food and drink market, and some leading names as their customers. They are now seeking someone who can take their message further, and help them build one of the best businesses in the UK in their market.
Responsibilities and skills
The world of sales and marketing has significantly moved on in recent years, and they are looking to identify a candidate that can effectively operate in this new environment. In particular :-
·Able to exploit the potential of online marketing. Labels are a visual product that lends itself well to online promotion to maximise that opportunity. They have a very sellable product and a competitive edge;
·Ambitious.
·Comfortable and enthusiastic about visiting customers on site.
·Attending events and travelling on behalf of the company, as an ambassador for their brand.
·Personable and energetic.
·Resilient.
·Passionate about their brand
Employment package
Attractive starting package, with vast potential for development:-
·Basic salary of circa £45k-£50k per annum
·OTE (based on the above basic) of £75k per annum
·Car allowance;
·30 days holiday a year; rising 1 per yr to 33
·company pension;
·Flexible working; and
·Amazing career progression.
·On-site parking
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
·Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
·Commission pay
·Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
·Livingston, reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Experience:
·Business development: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
·Driving Licence (required)
