BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Telecoms)

Salary:
£35k-£40k (depending on experience) plus Car Allowance

Location:
Birmingham and surrounding areas

Set for substantial growth in 2024, our client is currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their current sales team. The ideal candidate will fully embrace their commitment to customer acquisition, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of their story.
Responsibilities include acquiring new business for their hosted portfolio of products, collaborating within a knowledgeable team environment, and working with other highly driven individuals to meet and exceed sales targets both independently and as part of a cohesive team.


Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for managing your pipeline and using a CRM package.
• Being responsible for generating appointments through referrals / calling data / booking own leads & sitting appointments booked for them from our Telesales team.
• Delivering on performance in line with your KPI's.
• Identify, cross sell, and up sell other products in our portfolio.
• Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management.
