We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead dynamic marketing strategies across my clients two progressive businesses at the forefront of digital document solutions and renewable energy. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Leadership team owning the full marketing lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and performance.
Your main duties will be to:
• Lead and inspire a marketing team to execute strategies aligned with companies growth goals.
• Own and manage marketing budgets, driving measurable ROI.
• Plan and deliver integrated multichannel campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, and more.
• Develop distinct brand strategies ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms.
• Conduct market research and leverage insights to spot opportunities and refine marketing efforts.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to align messaging, create sales collateral, and support lead generation through CRM and digital tools.
• Oversee social media strategy and public communications to maintain strong brand positioning.
• Implement and optimise SEO and PPC strategies for maximum online visibility and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to deliver high-impact projects.
• Produce compelling content across a range of formats including blogs, web copy, and promotional material.
• Present monthly reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and key insights to senior leadership.
This role offers a basic salary of £35,000- £40,000 depending on experience along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off and company pension.
Hours of work are Monday -Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm & Friday 8.30am - 4pm
To be suitable for this role you will have:
• Proven leadership and strategic marketing experience across multiple channels
• Strong planning, analytical, and budget management skills
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, CRM systems, and evolving tools (AI, automation, etc.)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable with a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• An understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in marketing
• Willingness to work flexibly across functions and business priorities
Marketing qualifications and experience within B2B and/or renewable sectors are advantageous but not essential.
