Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Team Manager to join this well established business based in Bromborough.
You will manage a team of call handlers and will deal with all escalated in-bound and out-bound calls ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
You will work 37.5 hours a week. You will work weekends, day and night shifts on a rota basis - working 1 week of nights in 3.
This role offers a pay rate of £11.35 per hour plus bonus and is the opportunity to join a thriving business who are leaders in their field.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous call centre management experience and be happy to work night shifts on a permanent basis.
