A great opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Manager (working shifts) to join this well established business based in Bromborough.
You will manage a team of call handlers and will deal with all escalated in-bound and out-bound calls ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
This role is working 37.5 hours a weekend shifts will include evenings and weekends.
This role offers a basic of £26,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus and is the opportunity to join a thriving business who are leaders in their field.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous call centre management experience and be happy to work a shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings.
