A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Collections Officer to join this leading financial services business based in Chester City centre.

Working in a team you will be responsible for business to business collections - contacting customers regarding outstanding payments to secure immediate payment or set up a payment plan.

This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits.

Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-4.00pm

To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience in a collections role dealing with cases from inception to debt recovery. You will have the ability to work in a fast moving environment and be able to relate to people from a variety of different background. Experience within financial services is preferred but not essential.
