A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this fast growing business based on the outskirts of Chester.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be part of of a customer focused team coordinating new customer service requests from initial order acceptance and through to service activation and billing instigation.
You will also keep customers and partners fully updated with order progress with close attention to delivery timescales and highlighting and handling issues throughout the process.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm
This role offers a basic starting salary of £19,000 per annum plus annual bonus with 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and company pension.
To be suitable for the role you will have previous customer service experience within Telecommunications or similar industry.
Due to the location of the business you must have your own transport.
