A Customer Service & Complaints Advisor is required for this leading financial services business based in Chester.
You will be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound queries via the telephone and email bringing them to resolution where possible.
Duties will also include:
- The investigation of early stage complaints
- Be a key point of contact for the sales team to assist with customer enquiries
- Collecting outstanding invoices
- Identify and handle vulnerable customers and knowing when to support and refer them
This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £20,000 per annum plus an excellent company benefits package.
To be suitable for this role you will have outstanding communication skills, good problem solving ability and enjoy working in a fast moving and sometime pressurised environment. Experience within a financial service or insurance environment is beneficial but not essential.
