A Customer Service & Complaints Advisor is required for award-winning organisation based in Chester.
For this role you will be taking inbound calls and emails while providing a positive and pro-active resolution service for any issues that customers may have.
The basic salary for this role will be £18,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
To be a suitable candidate for this role you must have experience within customer service or resolutions and will have excellent communication skills.
The hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week and this role will be offered on a shift rota basis. You will be working 5 out of 7 days.
