An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual to join my client at their head office in Liverpool Customer Service and Sales Advisor.

Duties include:

• Working from internal database to touch base with existing and lapsed customers - changing payment methods or personal details where necessary
• Outbound calls to prospect, existing and lapsed customers
• Up selling products
• Build rapport with customers
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Responding to questions and queries where applicable

The ideal candidate will have experience of sales and working in a busy, fast paced environment.

Monday - Friday, 28 hours per week between the hours of 2pm-8pm

£9.03 per hour, plus bonus - Weekly Pay!
