Job description

Customer Service Executive

Location - Chester

Salary - £17,000-18,500 depending on experience

Bonus structure also included

Full and part time positions available

Will be required to work alternate weekends on a rota basis

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to -

  • Liaising with customers and clients daily to respond to any questions, queries or complaints they may have over the phone or via an online web chat
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Maximise each call, up and cross selling products as and where possible
  • Work towards agreed set targets

The skills and experience required for this role includes, but is not limited to -

  • Previous experience within a call centre environment and a strong track record of working successfully to set targets
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly build a rapport with a new customer, as well as good negotiation skills
  • IT literate
  • Motivated and results driven with an ability to work under pressure.
  • You will be customer-orientated and an excellent team player
