Job description
We are currently supporting a leading group of businesses with an Internal Recruitment role.
The successful candidate will provide first class recruitment support to a variety of recruitment businesses across the group to include Industrial, Construction, IT, HR, Office Support, Accounting and Finance, Sales recruitment. You will support the group through the attraction, selection and management of talent into the organisation, providing end to end recruitment support for various positions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a well-established and fast-growing group of businesses, With offices on the Wirral, Liverpool, Chester & Manchester we are open to receive applications in all of these locations.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders in the recruitment process - i.e. candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures
- Focused on recruiting all level positions including apprentices, Junior recruitment consultants, Senior Consultants, Business development managers.
- Providing advice and expertise to assist Hiring Managers in being equipped to hire the best candidates in an efficient, compliant and cost effective manage
- Sourcing candidates through various sources , including writing advertisements for job boards, job board CV searches and direct sourcing of candidates via social media and referrals
- Advertising positions, CV and telephone screening and supplying suitable candidates to hiring managers
- Ensuring compliance and candidate experience through guiding hiring managers in the areas of interview process and protocol, selection and feedback.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and occasional site visits to strengthen relationships and ensure successful and compliant recruitment.
Person Specification
- Experience working in internal recruitment or as a recruitment consultant (Ideally in a commercial / professional sector)
- Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment
- A good knowledge of relevant IT systems, Microsoft packages, particularly excel.
