IT Account Manager
Salary:
£25k-£35k basic salary
Location:
Leeds (Remote or Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Account Manager for a full-time position, which can be on-site, hybrid, or remote, based in Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that their IT needs are met with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving business growth through development and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT-related needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs.
• Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised IT services, support, and products to clients.
• Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Desirables:
• Proven skills in Account Management and Business Development.
• IT Reseller or IT MSP experience - 1 years of experience minimum.
• A proven track record of success.
• A new business focused individual - hunter mentality.
