Job description
A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly growing IT business based in Wrexham.
Working in a small team your role will be varied and duties will include:
- You will have good all-round technical support and problem-solving skills (Windows 10/11, MSFT Office, Desktop Applications, Remote Connectivity, Desktops, Laptops, Printers) (Exchange and Active Directory)Support the Incident Management process by providing technical expertise and support to ensure SLAs are met for the M365 Core services.
- Provide colleagues with technical knowledge of the core services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Office Apps, OneDrive, MDM, Intune
- Provide a Microsoft 365 Core service on-boarding for all projects ensuring integration, processes and methods are fully understood to ensure a successful implementation.
- Provide excellent customer engagement and support for Microsoft 365 Core services.
- Support the servicedesk team to cover leave
- Act as an escalation point to the servicedesk team on a range of support tickets covering Server, Microsoft 365 and networking.
- Assist the sales process with project planning, solution, and ideas.
- Engaging with Partners, communities of practice, and forums to provide the best approach to Microsoft 365 Core services
- Deploy AzureAD Environments
- Deploy and management of Intune, including configuration of Autopilot & Application Deployment
- AD Synchronisation using AADConnect
- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise & Mobility
- Proactively identifying opportunities
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Five years or more of IT support experience, demonstrating an excellent all round support knowledge
- One year or more of advanced Office 365 experience
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Having worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, support role
- Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
