A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mandarin speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a rapidly growing international parcel delivery company based in Hounslow. This is a permanent- full time position.
Due to the nature of my clients work, you will be be fluent Mandarin speaking in addition to excellent English. You will be handling calls and emails (mainly inbound) and monitoring any parcel queries in a timely manner.
£10.00-12.00 per hour depending on experience.
40 hours per week between 8am-6:30pm- you will be expected to work 1 Saturday per month 9am-1pm and will be paid time and half
25 days holiday plus bank holiday

You will have excellent customer service skills and a positive can do attitude.
