Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

We are working exclusively with a successful and expanding company based in Deeside who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator will be based within a motivated, fast-paced team who take pride in their exceptional levels of customer support. You will be processing client information and uploading information onto internal systems. The Office Administrator will be rewarded with 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, pension and free parking. You will be working closely with the Office Manager who promotes a positive and developmental environment. To apply for the Office Administrator role, you should have a proven background in administration, ideally gained within an office environment. Experience using Sage would also be ideal. The Administrator will possess strong time management skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. IT skills must include the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook to a competent standard. This is a full time and permanent position.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Develop sound knowledge of internal processes to provide accurate information when dealing with queries To consistently deliver Customer Service for all internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner The ability to handle payments or sensitive information To provide support to the wider team during busy periods. To develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal departments Any other administrative duties as required.
Essential Skills:
12 months of administrative and customer service experience - ideally gained in a fast-paced office environment Data capture and data inputting Complaint resolution Working to deadlines
Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's Good standard of English both written and oral Competent in IT including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
