A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a number of motivated Call Handlers to join a well established company based in Bromborough.

Hours of work

Mainly Weekends- various hours

Evenings- hours between 5pm-12 midnight

Work Base:

Riverview House, Bromborough.

Pay and benefits

£8.91 per hour - paid weekly

As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for

• Taking inbound emergency repair calls from social housing associations.
• Trying to triage the repair on first contact
• Entering information onto various platforms
• Passing jobs out to contractors
• Seeing jobs right the way through
• Working within specific KPI's
• Emphasis on good customer services
• Good career progression

Person Specification

• Must have a background in Customer service/retail/hospitality and call centre
• Empathetic when dealing with difficult customers
• A genuine interest in customer care
• Computer literate, with the ability to learn and use new software
• Reliable with a positive can-do attitude
• A driving license is desirable due to the location and limited transport links however not essential
