A fabulous opportunity for a Planning Administration Coordinator has arisen to join this leading business based in Ellesmere Port.
You will be responsible for the planning and processing of all jobs and work for a team of Service Engineers. Duties will also include:
- First point of contact for incoming service calls
- Maintaining systems and databases ensuring they are kept up to date on a daily basis
- Book hotels, transportation and deliveries to ensure all jobs can be completed effectively
- Support sales team with contract documentation
- Ad hoc support to the rest of the business when required
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £23,500 per annum - my client is looking to hire asap!
To be suitable for this role you will have excellent relevant experience in a similar role, have outstanding communication skills, be highly organised and have high level IT skills.
