Sales Advisor
Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join an excellent organisation based in Fazakerley, Liverpool.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive outlook.
Duties include:
- Make outbound calls to existing players, lapsed players and prospective players
- Aim to achieve player retention, player reactivation, payment method conversion and cross promotion of products
- Achieve contact and conversion objectives, sales targets and KPIs
- Handle objections positively and effectively
- Proactively work to improve personal performance, implementing training and actions from performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Display a positive sales-focussed attitude
- Ensure timely and effective communication of relevant information, issues or faults etc. to appropriate parties
The role is Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm with an hour for lunch. The rate of pay is £9.81 plus an excellent bonus which is paid weekly.
This is a temporary position with the view to become permanent after a probationary period.
