A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this fast growing and successful nationwide infrastructure business based on the outskirts of Chester.
As Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be part of of a customer focused team coordinating new customer service requests from initial order acceptance and through to service activation and billing instigation.
You will also keep customers and partners fully updated with order progress with close attention to delivery timescales and highlighting and handling issues throughout the process.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm or 8.00am-4.00pm.
This role offers a basic starting salary of £18,000 - £19,000 depending on experience with 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and company pension.
To be suitable for the role you will be an experienced Technical Customer Service Advisor ideally in a technical environment for example Telecoms, Utilities or IT, have excellent attention to detail skills and have outstanding IT skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Due to the location of the business you must have your own transport.
