Trainee Finance Broker (Sales Executive)
Salary:
£23k base salary + commission

The role:
To encourage the ongoing growth of the business, there is a plan to establish a team of Direct Sales Representatives to assist the current cohort of seasoned Finance Brokers. This role serves as an introductory level opportunity in the domain of Asset Finance and proves to be a stimulating and immensely gratifying prospect for individuals enthusiastic about sales, aspiring to expedite their progression within the Financial Services industry.
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
• Actively developing new relationships with clients from a variety of industries through prospecting, qualifying leads and developing an initial understanding of clients' requirements.
• Supporting outbound sales and marketing activities and campaigns to set up business calls and meetings on behalf of the Senior Brokers.
• Accurately manage early-stage pipeline deals through our CRM and participate in week meetings with sales and leadership team to provide new business updates.
• Actively participate in regular training both internally and externally to develop your skills and knowledge with the Asset Finance industry.
• Draft proposal documentation and compile supporting documentation for the submission of credit applications.
