A new operations manager has been appointed to NMS Recruitment to drive the business forward in its growing marketplace.

Lisa Carew brings with her an impeccable reputation in the recruitment industry where she has had  a regional base in the North West of England for the past 13 years. Her team of six specialists in commercial recruitment will be involved in the supply of permanent and temporary labour in mainly office, sales and healthcare roles.
 
Lisa, whose previous recruitment business was in Chester, explained the reason for her move, saying: “I’ve had many successful years in the industry, involved in the building and development of a smaller agency.
 
“However, I wanted to be part of a much bigger organisation and, when this opportunity arose, it was perfect  - and it was time for a new challenge. I firmly believe quality drives any recruitment operation. That’s the ethos that has been at the forefront of all my career in recruiting and one that is mirrored at NMS.”
 
Her key strengths, she says, lie in developing good client relationships and building staff skills. She added: “There’s a team of six here and plans are in place to grow our sectors and grow the workforce to provide a high quality service to our clients and candidates.”
