NMS REPORTS “EXCEPTIONAL" PERFORMANCE

AN EXCEPTIONAL performance year is being reported by NMS Recruit with turnover and profit for 2018 on target to be doubled.

The announcement comes as the business, which supplies permanent and temporary office management and administrative vacancies in the commercial and telecommunications sectors, is about to see October yield its best figures ever.

The biggest growth area for the company, part of the Russell Taylor Group, has been in its Telecoms Division.

Operations manager Lisa Carew (pictured), who is based at the NMS Recruit headquarters on Riverside Park, Bromborough, said: “As our year end approaches, we can look back on a bumper period which has produced some exceptional results in supplying the labour market in the North West and North Wales.

“Earlier this year we reported a major programme of growth, particularly in the supply of permanent vacancies in the commercial and telecommunications sectors, due to a surge in job opportunities in the financial services industry along with some high activity in the our newly-created Telecoms Division.

“However, it’s the Telecom Division, where we are providing specialist recruitment of engineers for the audio visual and telecoms industries, that’s been storming ahead and produced outstanding results in only nine months of operation.

“October is being predicted as yielding our best overall figures ever – so we’re delighted with what we have achieved in such a short space of time.”

Lisa attributes NMS Recruit’s high performance to team-working to develop and maintain good client relationships and then delivering candidates of the highest calibre to fill vacancies.

She said: “Quality drives any recruitment operation – that and knowing what makes a perfect fit between client and candidate. It’s going that extra mile, working out-of-hours to ensure we understand the needs of each client, what they are looking for in terms of skillset and culture fit and then match job candidates accurately.”

With sights now set on 2019, Lisa is currently working on a “build and grow” programme which will see the NMS workforce increased in the New Year to expand the business’ operations in the Liverpool region, Chester and Wrexham.
