NMS Recruit are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Service Engineer based from home to join an Award Winning AV Integrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company that offers clear progression and development.

Although the role with be based predominantly in the South of England, national and international travel will be required. The successful candidate must highly motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Reporting into the Support Manager duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing first line telephone support
• Providing second line on-site support
• De/Re-installing faulty equipment ensuring any programs or configuration files are installed
• Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance visits
• Occasionally assisting with installation and commissioning of AV systems
• Providing basic customer training on system operation

The following are essential for the role:

• Full driving licence
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Technical knowledge of AV systems
• Working knowledge of networking
• The ability to read schematic diagrams
• Technical knowledge of AV control systems and audio DSP's
• Good fault-finding skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills

The following is preferred but not essential:

• Avixa CTS
• CCNA Certification
